14-Day Return Policy

At Trendcious, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase., we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand our return process:

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Only when you will get damaged item because all item are personalized and prepare after you place your order according to your size & color.

  • Make a video while first time you open the item from its box/packaging bag to ensure that product is damaged before you use 

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks (unless faulty).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit trendcious.com website and log into your account.

  2. Go to the "Order History" section and select the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Fill out the return form and print the prepaid return label.

  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.

  5. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or designated courier service.

4. Refund Process

  • Once trendcious receive and inspect your returned item(s), trendcious will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect/different items.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact trendcious customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Trendcious will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.
