14-Day Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and socks (unless faulty).

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Visit trendcious.com website and log into your account.

  2. Go to the "Order History" section and select the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Fill out the return form and print the prepaid return label.

  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and attach the return label.

  5. Drop off the package at your nearest post office or designated courier service.

4. Refund Process

  • Once trendcious receive and inspect your returned item(s), trendcious will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact trendcious customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Trendcious will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement.
