  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN on the package. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions.


4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).


5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@trendcious.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@trendcious.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
